Pam Fluttert

Pam is a senior technology leader at the University of Waterloo with more than 30 years of experience in higher education technology. She provides leadership for enterprise information systems, digital services, and strategic technology initiatives that support administrative, research, and academic priorities. Drawing on experience gained throughout her career as a software developer, project manager, business analyst, PMO manager, and IT director, Pam oversees the University's enterprise information systems, including ERP platforms and centrally supported educational technologies. Her expertise includes enterprise and educational technologies, IT governance, project and portfolio management, organizational change, and digital transformation. 

Pam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Co-operative Program) and a Master of Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo. She maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.  Outside of her technology leadership role, Pam is a published fiction author and enjoys exploring the intersection of storytelling, learning, and personal development.
