Anne joined IST in 2016 as a member of the Departmental and Campus Applications team, bringing experience in service leadership, support model design, and organizational change. During her years in Information Systems, she partnered with groups across campus to implement and improve systems, helping departments get more value from technology. Her work has focused on aligning technology with strategic goals and the needs of end users.
As Director, IT Service Experience & Support, Anne leads IST’s Client Service teams and provides strategic leadership for IT service management and service experience. She is focused on building a strong service management practice, ensuring IST offers services that meet the University’s evolving needs, and building a more integrated, user-centred approach to technology services across the institution.
Anne holds an undergraduate degree from Waterloo and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Anne also enjoys performing in community theatre and playing board games, as well as being a soccer-mom, dance-mom, and generally helping to shape her kids to be compassionate and thoughtful people that strive to make positive change around them.
