The HBO-I Foundation Visit

The HBO-I Foundation is an association of IT educators from a number of post-secondary institutions in the Netherlands. Twenty-five members of the foundation visited the University of Waterloo on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 to learn about IT education and career development so as to explore potential improvements to their pedagogy and infrastructure for IT education in the Netherlands. While on campus several people from various campus units and departments shared insight with the group: Co-op Education, WatPD, CEL, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Math and Engineering. We were happy to host their visit and share some insights with them.
