Manager of International Agreements Participates in CBIE 2019

Jennifer Morgan, Manager of International Agreements recently attended the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) 2019 annual conference, November 17 to 20, in Winnipeg. This annual conference is the major Canadian venue for conversations around Canadian international education. It brings together educational administrators and government officials from all over Canada, as well as international delegations. Informative sessions of particular interest, in which she took part, included “Assessing and Evaluating University Partnerships" and “Canada’s New International Strategy,” among others. Jennifer also participated in a professional learning community on International Relations, where she gained insights and strategies, which will be beneficial in advancing her work related to the internationalization of the University of Waterloo.
