As part of this Badge Day event, the girls will meet engineering students and staff and visit five activity stations to learn about different computer skills. They will discover how a computer makes decisions, how information is kept private, learn to code and more.

The badge is part of an initiative of Ontario Network of Women in Engineering (ONWiE) to raise awareness about the engineering profession among girls. Computer skills are a key to success in high school, university and beyond.
