Aug. 2, 2016 WRPS seeking assistance with robbery investigation

On July 29th, 2016 at 1:10 a.m. a female was approached by two males in the area of Hickory Street and Hazel Street in the City of Waterloo. The males asked to use her cell phone and when she refused one pulled out a knife and told her to give them everything. The female screamed which caused the males to flee the area. No one was injured and no property was stolen. The males were described as both black males in their early twenties, average build. One bald or shaved head, wearing a red t-shirt and black shorts the other wearing black pants and a white hooded shirt.

July 6, 2016 WRPS seeks help in identifying assault suspect

UW Police is currently assisting the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) Major Case Branch in identifying the suspect of multiple sexual assaults that occurred in the early morning of Friday, June 24, 2016 in an area near the main Waterloo campus.
