I am a PhD student in the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development (SEED).
Within the broader field of Sustainability Management, my research looks through the lens of industrial ecology -- the study of material and energy flows through the economy, and the implications of this "social metabolism" for sustainable development.
Under the supervision of Prof. Steven B. Young, my PhD research uses industrial ecology approaches to build an evidence base for sustainability management in healthcare -- a critical, yet often overlooked (from a sustainability perspective), service sector.
