The Program is designed for completion within four years of full-time study comprised of two years of full-time residence at Participating University followed by four full-time academic terms in residence at Waterloo. The actual length of study at Waterloo will depend on the number of transfer credits and the number of courses a participating student takes each term. Once participating students have met the degree requirements of each university, they earn the related undergraduate degrees from both their home university and the University of Waterloo.
Waterloo will grant transfer credits for the first two years of course work to participating students who obtain marks that are at, or above, 60% in courses by the partner universities. Only courses that qualify as either core or elective in the relevant program at Waterloo will be considered for transfer.
Maximum transfer credit allowed: 10 lecture credits (20 courses) + any transferable labs.
