Biography
Linda is the Chief Experience Officer of Deloitte Canada and a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. In this role she has successfully navigated the firm through several high-profile strategic change initiatives, most recently leading the firm’s nation-wide pandemic response envisioning and spearheading the next evolution of the future of work. This included the evolution of the workplace and most recently the launch of new office space in Vancouver and Kitchener Waterloo.
Linda has held various leadership roles over the last several years. As Managing Partner for Ontario, Linda was responsible for marketplace activity in Deloitte’s largest region and worked with her leaders to ensure the firm brought the best Deloitte can offer to its clients. Prior to this, Linda spent several years in management consulting working with numerous clients across Canada and the United States, helping to navigate their organizations through complex and needed change. She is well versed in all aspects of large-scale program execution, with an established specialization within health services and life sciences.
Linda is a champion for community involvement, and cares deeply about giving back. She has spent time as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto and has enjoyed her time spent serving on several non-profit and hospital boards. Linda was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2018, and one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Consulting globally in 2022.
Linda holds a BSc in Nursing from Western University and an MBA from the Rotman School at the University of Toronto.
