We are excited to have him returning to our lab as a Post-doctorate Fellow to continue his fantastic research.

Jeremy Godin is currently attending the Microtech Conference and Expo at Tech Connect 2011 where he is presenting his paper, "Residual stress dependency on wafer location of this film plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) silicon nitride".
