Patricia Nieva presents paper

Today at Society of Photographic Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) Photonics West 2013 micro-(opto)-electromechanical systems (MOEMS/MEMS) in San Francisco, California, Professor Patricia Nieva presented the paper "A smaller footprint MEMS sensor for on-chip temperature measurement" co-written with first author Ali Najafi Sohi who recently completed his PhD defense.

The members of the Sensors and Integrated Microsystems Laboratory (SIMSLab) congratulate Ali Najafi Sohi on successfully passing his PhD defense for his thesis "A multifunctional micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) pressure and temperature sensor for harsh environment applications." We look forward to Ali continuing his research contributions with the SIMSLab!
