At the end of December, the Department of Spanish and Latin American Studies will say "felicitaciones" to our beloved colleague, Regina Vera-Quinn. Regina joined the Department over twenty years ago and has since filled our halls and our classrooms with bright smiles and infectious laughter. Regina has taught a variety of courses, but it is in the first-year program where she has shone the brightest. Every term, hundreds of students have benefitted from Regina's energy, dedication, and care. We are grateful to have enjoyed Regina's impact and now wish her a wonderful retirement, full of continued laughter and fun. Thank you, Regina, for all you have done for us and our students. Enjoy this next chapter! We will miss you very much!
