Staff Engagement Survey

We want to hear from you!

The UWSA will be conducting a Staff Engagement Survey to help with its strategic planning and to identify general staff concerns that we can work towards improving.

We have hired the Waterloo Organizational Research Consulting Group (WORC) on campus. They provide services to organizations to support a wide variety of human resource management needs and initiatives. WORC will oversee the development, implementation, data collection and analysis of this survey and will also conduct information sessions for staff where survey results will be shared. UWSA directors are currently working with WORC in the question development stage.

Please watch for this online survey and please participate!  Staff who complete the online survey will have their names entered in a draw for a chance to win great prizes!
