Calling all makers, creators, and small business owners!
The 2026 Winterfest Artisan Market is back and we're looking for talented vendors of all kinds to join. This year we are partnering with the W Store to enhance the market selling and buying experience. The market will be held on Thursday November 19 in the former W Store in South Campus Hall (SCH).
This is a great opportunity to connect with the UW community, celebrate creativity, and support UWSA student awards.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-selected basis, with priority given to UWSA members, though we encourage students, alumni, retirees, and non-UWSA staff members to apply. In addition to raising funds for our student award, we hope this market brings together the UW community.

The Market is a fundraiser with proceeds benefiting UWSA student awards. Vendors must commit to donate 10% of their total market proceeds, with a minimum donation of $20 required. While you're welcome to donate more, $100 is the suggested maximum. Donations will be collected on the last day of the market.

Booths must be staffed from 10:30a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on November 19, but you can be creative about how you fit that into your workday. Staff vendors often team up with friends to cover in shifts, call in family members, bring their laptop and do work when it's slow, flex their hours, or take vacation time.
Applications must be submitted by Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday October 30, 2026.
