An award, valued at $3,500, will be awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four in the School of Architecture. Selection will be based on academic achievement (minimum 75% cumulative average) along with design work or research promoting reconciliation in Canada, as well as involvement in related community engagement, extracurricular, or volunteer activities. Interested students must submit an application form that can be found on the School of Architecture website, by the advertised deadline, normally each spring. This fund is made possible by a donation from J.L. Richards & Associates Limited to support future architects and encourage interdisciplinary thinking.
