Award description:

Up to four awards, valued at $2,500 each, will be available annually to full-time undergraduate students enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four in any program in the Faculty of Engineering who are participating in an exchange program between UW and a partner institution in Germany or Austria or a low-paying co-op work term in Germany or Austria. Candidates must have a minimum overall average of 75%. Upon their return, recipients are encouraged to provide a summary (1-2 page maximum) of their experience abroad to be shared with the donor and which may be published in an online journal to inspire other students to participate in an experiential endeavour in Germany or Austria.
