Award description: 

An annual award, valued at approximately $1,000, has been established by Dr. John Bergsma for full-time undergraduate students in the Faculty of Engineering. To qualify, candidates must have a minimum overall average of 75% and demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated leadership ability as evidenced by involvement in extracurricular activities at the University. Interested students should apply by the end of the first month of registration for each term. Eligible students must have resided in Ontario for 12 months prior to the beginning their post-secondary education.
