Several bursaries, of varying value, are awarded to full- or part-time undergraduate students with financial need who are the first in their family to attend post-secondary education (i.e., parent(s) have never participated in post-secondary studies anywhere in the world on either a full- or part-time basis). Candidates must be Ontario residents and be enrolled in a first-entry undergraduate program; second entry programs (e.g., Pharmacy or Optometry) and graduate programs are not eligible. Note: you are not required to apply for OSAP to be considered for this bursary. Interested students must complete the University of Waterloo Bursary application.
