Each term, we showcase the diverse experiences of our UWaterloo students through the UWaterlooLife Instagram account. Whether you're on co-op or in class; we want to see student life through your eyes on an Instagram Takeover.

What's an Instagram Takeover?

Takeovers will span one day, starting Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. and wrap up Wednesday evening around 8 p.m. They are an opportunity to showcase your unique take student life here at Waterloo.

This can include:

  • A day in your life
  • Featuring the student clubs you're part of
  • Highlighting what you do between classes
  • Show us what your classes/labs are like
  • Share who you're spending time with
  • Study tips for other students 
  • Feature your favourite places on campus
  • Ways you stay in touch with family
  • How you practice mental and physical well being
