Associate Professor, Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering
Dr. Peng received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering- Nanotechnology from the University of Waterloo in 2014. He is a faculty member of the Centre for Advanced Materials Joining (CAMJ). His research activities and interests are in the general area of materials science and processing technologies for micro/nano electronics, medical/aerospace/nuclear applications, specialized in micro/nanoscale welding and joining, laser processing, and brazing.
Graduate Supervision:
Dr. Peng supervises graduate students within masters and doctoral programs in Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering, materials processing and Nanotechnology.
