PHY 235
Before renovations, PHY 235 was a tiered classroom, with one whiteboard and an instructor console clearly signalling the front of the room.
Updates focused on:
- a fully flat floor to enable easy movement throughout the room,
- movable tables and chairs that can be reconfigured into pods of different sizes or rows,
- multiple whiteboards around the room to enable group work,
- updated capacity for instructional technology, including networking and data
- updated lighting and additional power throughout the room to support instructional (and student-owned) technologies
PHY 235 was repurposed as a flexible classroom space, including: reconfigurable tables and chairs and multiple whiteboards around the room to enable group work.
