The United Way ePledge donation portal is now active for the 2023 campaign.
ePledge and donations
To donate through ePledge, the United Way’s online donation system, simply click on the link that applies to you (employee, retiree, or student). All information is kept confidential, and you’ll have the option to have tax receipts and records emailed to you or sent to your home address.
NOTE: Payroll and pension deductions can be initiated through ePledge until December 8, 2023. After December 8, please email united.way@uwaterloo.ca for this option. Payroll and pension deductions will re-open for ePledge in the second half of 2024.
If you still wish to donate, but not through ePledge, simply download the paper pledge form and fill it out.
Paper forms need to be sent to the University of Waterloo United Way workplace campaign office.
