The Centre for Information Integrity and Information Systems Assurance at the University of Waterloo (UW CISA) will be holding its 11th biennial symposium held in Toronto, Canada. Our symposia are recognized for the extensive interaction between practitioners and academics. Papers and panels from academe and practice will address risks, controls and assurance issues associated with the following topics:

Call for Speakers: Canadian Conference on IT Audit, Governance and Security
IIA Canada and IIA Toronto’s 2019 Canadian Conference on IT Audit, Governance and Security (CCITAGS) will be held April 2–4 in Toronto.
We are seeking speaker nominations for both keynote and concurrent sessions. Presentations should delve into timely issues that impact the profession, offering new perspectives while sharing insights and best practices.

The University of Waterloo Centre for Accounting Ethics in partnership with the University of Waterloo Centre for Information Integrity and Information Systems Assurance (UW CISA), CPA Canada and the Journal for Business Ethics is is pleased to announce its 4th biennial Symposium to be held in Toronto, Canada on the theme The Impact of Technology on Ethics, Professionalism and Judgement in Accounting.
The aims of this workshop will be to highlight the use of both simple and complex text analytics approaches for addressing a variety of issues of interest to workshop participants.
