Dr. Golab is Professor and Canada Research Chair at the Department of Management Sciences. He is also cross-appointed to the School of Computer Science, and a member of the Database Research Group and the Information Systems and Science for Energy (ISS4E) Lab at the University of Waterloo
Dr. Golab's research interests include: Big data; Fast data; Dirty data; Interesting applications of big data such as data analytics for a sustainable future and educational data mining.
