IV - Final assessment report

What you need to know

The AQuE office will draft the Final Assessment Report (FAR) pulling up recent enrolment data and will include highlights from the self-study and external reviewers report, as well as the complete list of recommendations and program/dean response and implementation plan.

The FAR will be reviewed by the AVPA or AVPA-GSPA who may provide comments or suggested revisions for the program to include.

The Chair/Director of the program will review these comments/suggestions and make revisions as necessary before signing the document.

The AQuE office will then collect signatures from the Dean(s) and the AFIW Dean, if applicable.

The finalized FAR will then be presented in SUC/SGRC for approval. A program representative will be required to attend that meeting to present and answer questions about the report, if any.

Once approved at the SUC/SGRC level the FAR is sent to the Senate for information and posted on the AQuE office website. We encourage you to make this report available on your departmental website as well.
