V - Progress report

What you need to know

A Progress Report (PR) is required to check the progress made by the program on the recommendations and actions outlined in the implementation plan.

The PR is due 4 years after the self-study due date. A notice to complete the PR, as well as a template will be issued by the AQuE office prior to the due date to prompt the Chair/Director of the program to complete it.

The completed PR will be reviewed by the AVPA/AVPA-GSPA for comments and suggested revisions. The AQuE office will return the PR to the Chair/Director to make necessary changes, if any. The AQuE will then proceed to collect the signatures of the Dean(s) and AFIW Dean if applicable.

The finalized PR will then be presented in SUC/SGRC for approval. A program representative will be required to attend that meeting to present and answer questions about the report, if any.

Once approved at the SUC/SGRC level the progress report is sent to the Senate for information and posted on the AQuE office website. We encourage you to make this report available on your departmental website as well.
