Feedback

The University of Waterloo has established a feedback process so that persons with disabilities are able to comment on our provision of goods or services. The University will communicate with persons with a disability in a manner that takes into account their disability and right to an equal opportunity and support individual needs (i.e. alternate format) upon request.

Ways to provide feedback

Please contact us using any of the methods listed on the feedback form you have questions/concerns about accessibility at the University of Waterloo, feedback on our website or service, or if you would like to report a barrier to customer service.

To report a barrier outside of regular office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 EST) that requires immediate attention, please use the following methods:

  • Contact Plant Operations (24 hour service and maintenance line ext. 33793) AND/OR
  • Police Services (519-888-4911 or ext. 22222). *You can also contact the University of Waterloo Police on any Bell pay phone on campus by pressing the red button (this is a free call on campus).
