Report Barriers Outside of Regular Office Hours

To report a barrier outside of regular office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 EST) that requires immediate attention, please use the following methods:

  • Contact Plant Operations (24 hour service and maintenance line ext. 33793) AND/OR
  • Police Services (519-888-4911 or ext. 22222). *You can also contact the University of Waterloo Police on any Bell pay phone on campus by pressing the red button (this is a free call on campus).
