COVID-19 Service Modifications
Due to COVID-19, we have modified our services, as outlined below.
Environmental Services (Custodial & Waste Management)
Please be reassured that Custodial Services continues to meet Public Health requirements. However due to significant changes in staffing resources we will be temporarily curtailing some services, so that we can reprioritize and focus on the most critical requirements.

Key Control is open and has resumed normal operations, observing all COVID-19 protocols. Hours are 8:00 am - 11:30 am and 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Plant Operations main administration and reception desk on the 2nd floor have resumed normal operations, observing all COVID-19 protocols.

Parking & Grounds
The Parking office is open and has resumed normal operations, observing all COVID-19 protocols. Hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Full parking enforcement has resumed.
Shuttle services have been suspended.
Grounds services have resumed.
Campus access and roads will be maintained at all times (snow, flooding etc.)
The vehicle shop will be operating at very reduced capacity, necessitating reliance on local repair shops and dealership to complete repairs and maintenance. Please follow normal processes for requesting work. Behind the scenes, the shop supervisor will be coordinating the logistics, what can be done by UW and what needs to be sent out and where. Please note, work performed by external vendors will be a billable expense.
Design & Construction
Design staff are actively working from home and on campus. They are checking email and phone messages. Please use the UW staff directory as needed.
