Due to COVID-19, we have modified our services, as outlined below.

Call us 24 hours/day to report urgent maintenance issues.

For non-urgent issues, email details to pltops.maintenance@uwaterloo.ca. Provide the building and room number in the subject and a thorough description of the problem in the body of the email.

  1. Sep. 9, 2020Service Interruption - Elevator - East Campus 5 - October 7

    What is happening? Elevator 66-2 in East Campus 5 will be out of service for maintenance.

    When is this happening? The elevator will be unavailable Wednesday October 7 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
