Applying to SAF: What you need to know
Ready to apply? Start by reviewing the admission requirements. Each program has its own set of course requirements and application steps, so it's important to understand what’s expected.
New this year: You can only apply to either AFM or SFM, but not both.
However, you can still apply to CFM and ScFM AS WELL as AFM or SFM. Take the time to explore your options, ask questions and think about what gets you excited. Knowing what matters to you is the first step to finding the right program.
Application deadline: January 30, 2026
Document deadline: February 13, 2026
Offers of Admission: January 2026 to May 2026
Confirmation deadline: June 2, 2026
Note: We are not running the SAFAA online interview or trait assessment. Therefore, admissions to AFM and SFM are based solely on grades.
