Erica Refling

Erica (she/her) is a manager of career education in the Centre for Career Development. She completed her BA in Arts & Business (majoring in Psychology) at the University of Waterloo as well as her MSc and PhD in Social-Personality Psychology from Queen’s University. Erica has worked in the higher education sector for 15+ years teaching, conducting research and supporting students navigating career uncertainty and decision making. She strives to lead with curiosity, care and a collaborative mindset. Outside of work, you’ll find Erica spending time with her family, catching the latest film at Princess Cinemas, escaping into a book and sipping on Earl Grey tea.
