Join professionals working in public health, recreation, therapeutic services, and community programming as they share how they design initiatives that support physical, mental, and social well-being. Learn how interdisciplinary teams create inclusive spaces, promote healthy lifestyles, and improve quality of life across all ages and populations.

Panelists are alumni from the Faculty of Health and include:

  • Lindsey Oretan, Recreation Therapist, Adult Specialized Mental Health at Waterloo Regional Health Network 
  • Sarah Bourbonniere, Elder Life Specialist at the Hospital Elder Life Program in Waterloo Regional Health Network 
  • Jennifer Yessis, Associate Director, School of Public Health Sciences at The University of Waterloo
