The Centre for Career Development is excited to introduce a partnership with InStage, an AI-powered interview practice platform available to all University of Waterloo students.
InStage provides a low-pressure, interactive space to practice your interview skills, receive instant feedback and build confidence before your next co-op, work-integrated learning or full-time job interview.
What is InStage?
InStage uses AI-powered virtual interviewers to simulate realistic interview conversations. You can practice answering questions out loud in a structured interview environment and receive immediate feedback to help you identify strengths and areas for improvement. The platform is designed to help you strengthen communication skills and prepare you for important career conversations.
