In this session
Our first peer chat session introduces a new method of Client/Patient Handling Community of Practice member engagement focused on discussion, peer support, and shared problem-solving. In response to member inquiries about performing client and patient care in awkward postures, this interactive virtual session will bring together small groups of practitioners to exchange challenges, strategies, and practical approaches.
This one-hour virtual session will be facilitated by three CRE-MSD Network Researchers with expertise supporting practitioners such as firefighters and personal support workers. Participants will join one of three breakout groups (up to 10 people in each group) for a 25-minute guided discussion, followed by a large-group report-back, wrap-up, and next steps.
Format
