Chancellor's procession

The chancellor's party is the last procession to enter the venue, following both the faculty procession and the student procession. The chancellor's party is comprised of active ceremony participants as well as senior administration.

Gowns and Regalia

Arrangements for academic gowns for members of the chancellor's procession can be made by completing the registration form for the chancellor's procession and luncheon. Borrowed gowns and regalia should be returned immediately following the end of the ceremony.

Where to queue for the chancellor's procession

Chancellor's procession members should arrive in the chancellor's robing room (Student Life Centre, room 2143/2144) by 9:15 a.m. (morning ceremony), 1:45 p.m. (afternoon ceremony) or 5:45 p.m. (evening ceremony).
