
Sign up to attend the spring 2025 convocation ceremony
The University is excited to welcome back alumni who were unable to attend their original convocation ceremony. If you are returning to participate, please note:
- You will not receive a diploma at the ceremony, nor will your name be included in the ceremony program, as these were part of your initial convocation.
- You may rent a gown, invite guests, and have your name called as you walk across the stage.
To indicate your interest in attending the Spring 2025 convocation ceremony, scheduled for June 10-14, 2025, please complete the "Sign up to attend a future convocation event" form available in Quest. This will allow us to communicate important details regarding the event and ticket registration.
How to Sign Up:
- Sign in to Quest.
- Select the Academics tile.
- Click on the Attend future convocation link on the left-hand menu.
- Complete the form to confirm your interest in attending.
Once you've indicated your interest, you’ll receive information about the ceremony, including how to register for tickets. You can change your mind or update your information at any time before the form deadline.
Important Information:
- Ensure your email address is up to date, as it will be used for all communications.
- The degree you select on the form will determine your ceremony date and time.
- While the form submission deadline is May 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., we encourage you to submit the form by April 1, 2025, as communications about the spring 2025 convocation will begin in April. If you submit the form after that date, all important details will still be available on the convocation website.
