Sign up to attend the Spring 2026 Convocation ceremony

The University is pleased to welcome back alumni who were unable to attend their original convocation ceremony.

If you will be participating in a convocation ceremony as an alum, your experience will be very similar to that of other graduating students. Please note the following differences:

  • You will not receive a diploma at the ceremony, as it was issued as part of your original convocation.

  • Your name will not appear in the ceremony program, as it was included in the program for your original convocation. Each program reflects the graduating class for that specific ceremony. 

You will still rent academic regalia, invite guests, and have your name announced as you cross the stage.

To participate, please complete the “Sign up to attend a future convocation event” form in Quest.

How to sign up:

  1. Sign in to Quest.
  2. Select the Academics tile.
  3. Click on the Attend future convocation link on the left-hand menu.
  4. Complete the form to confirm your interest in attending.

Once you've indicated your interest, you’ll receive information about the ceremony, including how to register for tickets. You can change your mind or update your information at any time before the form deadline.

Important information:

  • Ensure your email address is up to date, as it will be used for all communications.
  • The degree you select on the form will determine your ceremony date and time.
  • The form in Quest will be available on July 1 for Fall Convocation, and on November 1 for Spring Convocation. 
  • If the form submission deadline has passed, all important details will still be available on the convocation website.
