Participation in the faculty procession
Faculty members are invited to participate in convocation by taking part in the faculty procession. The faculty procession is comprised of faculty members who do not have an active ceremonial role. Members of the faculty procession will sit on stage during the ceremony, space permitting.

Gowns & Regalia
Due to limited inventory, the convocation team is unable to provide gowns for members of the faculty procession. Faculty procession participants may arrange to rent black gowns through W Store.
First Nations, Métis, and Inuit faculty members, are welcome to wear traditional regalia in lieu of the standard convocation regalia.
Where to queue for the faculty procession
Members of the faculty procession will meet in the robing room in the Student Life Centre, room 2134/2135. Participants should arrive in the SLC robing room by 9:15 a.m. (morning ceremony), 1:45 p.m. (afternoon ceremony) or 5:45 p.m. (evening ceremony). Faculty procession participants will line up for the procession under the direction of the Faculty Robing Room Supervisor.
