Guest Accessible Seating

If any guests require accessibility accommodations including mobility assistance (e.g., use wheelchair or walker), please ensure your grad completes the Guest Accessible Seating form below so that we can arrange appropriate accommodations.

If you have any additional requests, please email convocation@uwaterloo.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Graduating students should complete this form if their guests require accessible seating and/or accessible parking.
  • Completing this form automatically registers eligible grads to attend their convocation ceremony. 
  • This form will only be available while registration is open. 
  • Accessible guest tickets and parking passes will be sent to the graduating student's University of Waterloo email address before registration closes.
