In-ceremony Photography
The University of Waterloo arranges for a professional photographer to take each graduate’s photo during the ceremony. Complimentary proofs will be emailed to the graduate’s UWaterloo email address by the photography vendor in the weeks following the ceremony. There is no obligation to purchase, and graduates can choose from several photo packages.
If you do not receive your proofs within one month of your ceremony, please contact GradImages directly at 1-800-372-3686 or visit their website.
Past Ceremony Photos
All in-ceremony photography is handled by an external vendor. The Convocation team does not have access to these photos. For questions about photos from past ceremonies, please contact GradImages.
Graduation Portraits and Class Composites
Portrait sessions and class composites are arranged and managed directly by Newschool Photography, not the University.
Portrait sessions and class composite pictures can be arranged for graduating students in all faculties. To be included in the class composite, an appointment must be booked before your Faculty deadline, which is usually during your final term on campus.
