Tell us your plans for fall term

Update for international students

The start of the term is fast approaching and the University has created a form to check-in on your plans for fall term. The form is mandatory for all international students and asks about your travel history and plans - including your quarantine plan (if applicable). By filling out the form, we can all comply with the Government of Canada and University of Waterloo health guidelines related to COVID-19 and help keep each other safe.

Fall 2020 update – part 2 (additional details about fall term)

Update for incoming graduate students

Since my last update, we have been working on creating a plan for the fall term. Today I am sharing more details about our plans for the fall so you can plan for September with confidence.

You can now see details of every faculty’s course and course component offerings for the fall term online. We anticipate being able to restart on-campus research activities, including in-person research, throughout the summer, depending on the directives we get from public health. We aim to offer as much on-campus research as is possible for fall 2020.
