All Hands on Deck for a Security Incident
Targeted at tech company leadership and product management, the All Hands on Deck workshop, hosted by the University of Waterloo Cybersecurity and Privacy Centre, will explore the broad range of roles involved in privacy and security and the growing global skills-shortage in the field. Participants will learn why privacy and security program planning should involve the entire organization and include investment in awareness and training.
Through a hands-on exercise, where participants work through a response to a major privacy and security breach, participants will learn how even non-security and non-technical staff, including lawyers, marketing and the C-suite, play a critical role in incident response.
