Waterloo is a great location for exploring Canada and the United States. Our excellent transportation network makes it easy to spend a weekend visiting the breath-taking Niagara Falls, skiing at a winter resort, or experiencing Canada’s rural communities like St. Jacobs Market. Many of our students are able to visit Canada’s capital, Ottawa, experience French-Canadian culture in Montreal, and travel to even larger metropolises like New York City or Chicago, located in the United States.
