Sue Fraser

Sue supports the Academic Freedom and Tenure Committee which helps faculty members with workplace challenges they may be experiencing.  These problems range from the application of University policy or the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), to concerns about tenure, promotion, and performance reviews. Sue also attends Grievance Officer meetings and training organized by the Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations (OCUFA) to learn about policies and trends in universities across Ontario.  If you have any questions about the process around sabbatical or parental leaves or what to do to prepare for a tenure application, you can reach out to AF&T Committee by emailing fauwaft@uwaterloo.ca.
