Step by Step instructions

Step 1: Access the portal

From the homepage, enter your student ID, name, and e-mail address into the appropriate fields, and select “NEXT”

Step 2: Enter your payment details

Select either "Yes" or "No" under Agent Details.
Select the country the funds will be transferred from.
Enter the amount you want to pay in Canadian dollars (CAD).

and select NEXT.

Step 3: Select your payment option

You have multiple payment options with CIBC International Student Pay. Select the one you prefer on the portal.

An exchange rate and payment quote will be automatically generated. For the "bank wire" option, the quote will be locked in for 72 hours.

Step 4: Enter your student information and details about the person making the payment

The person making the payment may be you, your parent(s) or an agent acting on your behalf.

Step 5: Complete your payment

If you paid via credit card, debit card, China Union Pay or ACH, your payment is complete and no further action is required from you.

If you paid via bank wire, you have 72 hours to go to your local bank to complete the transfer. \you need to bring your payment quote from the CIBC International StudentPay portal.
