This form is to be used by eligible undergraduate and graduate students who are applying for the Tri-Agency CGS M competition who require a Waterloo transcript to upload to their CGS M application in the research portal.
Applicants who require a Waterloo transcript must complete this webform by Friday, November 17, 2023. Late requests will not be processed. A WatIAM login is required.
GSPA will fulfil transcript requests by generating official Waterloo transcripts ONLY. Waterloo transcripts will be emailed to the student by GSPA.
Students are responsible for obtaining all other official transcripts from previous institutions including transcripts from institutions where they completed an exchange term. Transcripts must be uploaded to the research portal for any institution identified on the application.
