2024/25 Full-time OSAP Application Update Form

Complete this form if you are a student (undergraduate or graduate) and need to make corrections to your full-time OSAP application.

Notes:

• If you need to add a term to your current OSAP application (e.g., are now taking courses during a term you didn't apply for OSAP), use the OSAP Winter Extension form or the OSAP Spring Extension form.
• If you need to make changes to your part-time OSAP application, email safainfo@uwaterloo.ca.

2024-2025 academic year term dates:

• Fall term: September 4 - December 19, 2024
• Winter term: January 6 - April 25, 2025
• Spring term: May 5 - August 16, 2025
