To support this effort, the Future Cities Institute founded by CAIVAN and BestWR have released the latest update to the Vision 1 Million Scorecard, providing an evidence-backed snapshot of regional readiness.
The updated scorecard evaluates key municipal and regional systems, tracking physical growth alongside community capacity, housing, transit, healthcare, and economic development. By measuring concrete progress while highlighting critical gaps in community support, the scorecard offers a transparent baseline for municipal leaders, industry partners, and residents to evaluate real-world trade-offs.
