Wednesday, July 18, 2018

A huge congratulations to GoHelP PhD students Andrea Rishworth and Joseph Kangmennaang on their manuscripts accepted for publication in Social Science & Medicine! These papers make exciting contributions to Social Science & Medicine as they explore problems of human wellbeing on a global scale.

Kangmennaang's paper titled "Towards an Integrated Framework for Understanding the links between inequalities and wellbeing of places in low and middle income countries," emphasizes the importance of using theoretical frameworks to inform wellbeing research.

Rishworth's paper titled "Global Environmental change in an aging world: the role of space, place and scale," shows how and why geographers must think through the global aging process, and is also currently in press.

We are excited to share these papers with you when they are published.
