The Advancement project team (a partnership between Advancement and Information Systems & Technology) is excited to announce that Blackbaud CRM has been selected (via a request for proposal (RFP)) to provide a constituent relationship management solution (CRM).
Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) provides constituent relationship management solutions for large and enterprise non-profit organizations that helps improve constituent understanding, build stronger relationships, and improve fundraising effectiveness. This solution will bring new and improved functionality, eventually replacing the legacy Raiser’s Edge system.
Implementation of the new BBCRM software begins with a design and configuration phase. The project team has already begun engaging with key stakeholders, which will help inform the implementation timeline.
