Issue downloading attachments from Outlook on the web (OWA)

What is happening? Some users may be unable to download attachments from Outlook on the web (OWA). Signing out and back into Outlook on the web may temporarily mitigate the issue.

Microsoft is currently working on a fix and more information will be shared when available.
