What is happening? IST is investigating issue with Jira Service Management (JSM) that may be causing statuses and workflows to display incorrectly.

Who is impacted? All individuals/groups using JSM may be impacted, though clients can still submit tickets.

A ticket has been opened with the vendor and more information will be shared when available.
